- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely atrocious service. The receptionist is rude, disrespectful and combative. I’ve never been spoken to like this before, especially by a health care worker. The customer service is disgusting here. They told me they would have something ready by a certain day (as required by a specialist they referred me to), when I called to check in, they gave me attitude, would not even let me speak, and worst of all were unapologetic about not fulfilling the request, which subsequently caused me to have to reschedule with the specialist for 2 weeks later, and this is regarding a VERY serious health matter where time is of the essence. Not to mention when I inquired about a Pap Test, Dr. Nolan Stein was unable to even call the exam by it’s medical term, instead saying “you get naked and we do your lady thing”, it was very uncomfortable and I felt the doctor was very creepy and unprofessional. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Walk-in clinic by dr. Nolan Paul Stein who practices assembly line medicine. There is a long-long wait for the doctor and short-short time with the doctor. He doesn't even sit down. He walks out after what seems like two seconds. Two seconds, after you've waited for him two or three hours? That place is only open from 1:30-5:00 pm, but you have to get there before 4:30 pm. The receptionist is no help. She does nothing but keeps telling everyone to "walk-in". She won't ever make an appointment! You have to walk in because your time is worth zero! Because what counts is the convenience of the doctor, not the patient! Because the doctor keeps bankers' hours. Because he is a hero, and you're a zero!by A Google UserDecember 10, 2016
