- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very unprofessional. Tried to charge me after cancelling because of an unaffordable monthly insurance. They completely changed the amount from the quote I was given without notice to my broker! I did not find out until my bank was charged. Because I was not aware, I was charged an nsf fee. Almost 1 month later, they send me a notice telling me my payment is late if i refuse to pay they would cancel my account for non payment. To my understanding I had already cancelled. Very confusing. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Cancelled my borderline unaffordable auto insurance with them and they still attempted taking a payment from my account. The payment bounced and I was hit with an nsf fee. Since I've been red flagged with this non payment when it was supposed to be cancelled, they now won't allow me to pay for my renters insurance monthly and insist it must be paid in full up front.
