  As both a physician and a customer, I will advise my colleagues and patients to avoid this pharmacy, if possible. The older Caucasian lady working there is very rude. When I went there to pick up my refill, she asked for my name, and before I could answer, she cuts me off to start a casual conversation with another customer. After that customer left, she asked for my name again, and spent 3 seconds looking for the medication. She said she couldn't find my prescription and that it must have already been picked up. She then proceeded to help the next customer in line. I assured her that the refill was not yet picked up. Her reply was that she cannot provide my medication. I politely asked her to look for it again and of course she found the refill. Instead of apologizing, she curtly says "here!", throws the medication on the counter, then walks away.
