  I was 3 minutes late due to traffic and was the first appointment there. I waited a few minutes for the receptionist and would've apologized for being late had she not been so incredibly rude. I was ushered in with the ultrasound technician, to whom I did apologize for being late and mentioned that I found the receptionist to be quite rude. She (the technician) then proceeded to berate me about being late, again by 3 minutes, when she got to the place at 7:45, from a much farther place than me. Never mind the fact that this is her place of work, she didn't have to locate it, etc. Needless to say, the whole session was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. The technician also got quite a bit gel (I'm not sure if this was intentional or not) on my clothes. So, afterwards when I went to clean up, she rushed me out of there, saying that others are now waiting. Probably because, guess what? I was 3 minutes late! Terrible bedside manners all around. I was late, I admitted that much and apologized to one of the two people (would've had to both, had the receptionist not verbally attacked me). Constantly berating me didn't accomplish anything, instead got me to write a negative review about a place that should be helping people. Wouldn't it have been much more productive and humane to show me professionalism and some compassion? Good thing there are other ultrasound places.
