- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Doctor is good and have a proper care but the front counter is really really bad behavior and very rude . In the last one week I got a call that The Doctor advice me to come back on 30/05/2016 for blood test but The Reception didn't want to do anything and told me have to see Doctor first. She told me this morning 31/05/2015 when she deny to do my blood test according to advice from Doctor : " We have a lot of customer and I don't care any feedback". How can a person could work in the doctor office while she didn't respond any advice from Doctor. I suggest to employ the better receptionist for Improving Customer Service. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The wait times are beyond ridiculous . Doctor is super slow and has no sense of time management. The reception doesn't know how to awnser the phone!!
