  My family has been coming here for almost 20 years. I want to clarify that Dr. Alexander and Dr. Chaban are amazing doctors and are the only reason my family continues to be patients here. If I had to rate the doctors alone, I would give them 5 stars. We have lots of respect for them and appreciate their service. They have gone above and beyond helping us and taking the time to treat and speak to us every time we have gone in. We have never felt rushed during our appointments and they remember us by name. Just last month I visited the clinic and Dr. Alexander, who has treated me since I was a toddler, remembered my face and name even though I hadn't seen him in over 8 years (prior to starting puberty and after I have reached full adulthood.) Unfortunately, due to two other reasons mentioned below, I feel compelled to rate this clinic low. Firstly, their receptionist Rosy is very rude and demeaning to all patients that come in. She is extremely unprofessional and behaves like a dictator, rather than communicating with patients through positive customer service. I have witnessed her yelling, ignoring people by closing her window when patients are speaking to her (that separates the patient waiting area and the front desk), and not answering the door when I knocked on the office door for over five minutes. It was only when I found a chair in the hallway and pulled it in front of the top window, climbed on the chair and physically saw her, that she opened the door. Rosy's retirement is long overdue. Although she has caused a lot of stress for my family members that still come to the clinic, I still like her because she's watched me grow and has been always been stern but polite with me, but I believe it's because I stand up to her. Secondly, this is more like a walk in clinic than a family doctor's office because even though you will only be seen by a doctor if you make an appointment, you will wait a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 5-7 hours to see a doctor. I do not understand why this happens, as they should be booking less patients or hire more doctors. Again, I want to thank Dr. Alexander and Dr. Chaban for their excellent work over the years. It is because of them that the pros outweigh the cons. I hope that in the future, with some changes to the clinic, it can make visits to their clinic more enjoyable.

  They called me to go there at 3 o'clock because that's when the doctor is getting there I sat there until 9 39 pm to see a doctor and if I dare had the audacity to even ask the receptionist how many people are ahead of me she went berserk screaming at me like a maniac that I always do this bs and to just shut up and sit down even tought it was my first time I advise everyone to steer clear of this medical clinic
