- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Global Pet Foods has such a strict return policy compared to those of Pet Valu. Although they carry high quality foods, they require 3/4 of a bag of dog food, receipt, & has to be returned within 30 days or no refund what so ever. It's really a waste when you're spending $100 on a bag of food. Pet Valu at least can offer you a gift card so you're not at a complete lost. I made the transition to Global Pet Foods, and I definitely regret it. Customer Care policies are NOT comparable.by JPJanuary 15, 2017
