  I had a wonderful doctor. That doctor left and the replacement is also excellent. My other interactions have also largely been excellent. So I have had great experiences here, although I understand some of the comments about reception.

  Efficient AND thorough medical attention. Wait times are very reasonable (usually less than 10 minutes during a week day). Check-in process is increasingly automated and support staff don't seem to want to do anything - they verge on being surly. Doctors are attentive and kind. Recently, after being prescribed antibiotics for a hang nail, the doctor telephoned me a few days in to see how I was doing. I'm amazed by that attention.

  I was the last patient when I visited and by the time they got to me, it was unfortunately already past their closing time. Nonetheless, both the clinic and pharmacy stayed open almost an extra hour to make sure I got the help I needed, no questions asked. They didn't rush me out and didn't make me feel like I was a burden for making them wait so long. Fantastic care from a great team of professionals who really care about their patients. Thank you!
