  We have recently used Integracare for short term care for my father while he recovered from major surgery. From the moment I first contacted the company I felt supported and comfortable. The administrative staff were very prompt in getting back to me and answering all of my questions. They made the contract process very easy and accessible. When the caregiver arrived, he was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He had a tremendous bedside manner. Having him there gave my mom and siblings peace of mind. We were able to go home and sleep, knowing that my dad was well looked after. I highly recommend Integracare,

  Exceptional service and very empathetic care. I contacted them to enquire about having a urinary catheter changed for my uncle visiting from out of town, and the response was very prompt and professional. Katie, the nursing coordinator, stayed in touch with me throughout the day to update me on what time a nurse in the area would be able to perform the procedure. Because all the nurses were busy, she came herself and was an absolute gem. Many caregivers treat my uncle with condescension because of his physical condition but Katie was warm, cheerful and very attentive to his requests throughout. I would certainly not hesitate to use Integracare's services again given the marvellous experience we had.
