We've been bringing our bengal kitten since she was a baby to Ellen, she's always been excellent at explaining everything to us in detail and giving us lots of detail and sage advice as new pet parents. We'd often pop in as overly anxious new pet parents for some advice or reassurance which they always provided even calling to check how our dog was if he had an upset stomach for example.
