- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Pettle himself is wonderful. However, his office staff which is run by his wife is dreadful. They keep you waiting for hours, they forget you are there. The degree of self involvement with themselves and ignorance towards the Drs. patients is unbelievable. I have never experienced this anywhere else. As a result I stopped going. It is a shame as he is fantastic and has no qualms to pick up the phone and call you and really listen once he actually gets your message.... and that is the key... getting your message or getting in front of him within a reasonable amount of time. Waiting for 2 to 3 hours is typical. I have been at other clinics where when this happens the doc has actually had the receptionist make everyone tea. These people have not awareness whatsoever.
