- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wasted my time. I booked a massage, and when I came in they told me they could not verify my insurance so I would have to pay in full for the services. The receptionist was very rude. I politely asked her in the future if she could just call and give me a heads up that there was a problem with my insurance so I could try and resolve beforehand, or just not bother coming in. Her response was pretty defensive and she didn't even say sorry. She proceeded to tell me how busy her day was and that there was no time and she forgot. Hey it's ok if you made a mistake, but please own up to it. I left work early from uptown and cancelled a meeting to be here, please respect my time because I respect yours. I am very disappointed as my first appointment was very promising and the staff was great. I don't want to put too much on this particular person, but her attitude and unprofessionalism was too much to overlook. I will not be back.by Jonathan TsunJanuary 04, 2017
