  I met Ross Harwell about 2 months ago, at a time when I wanted to consider upgrading my 3-year old Oticon Delta hearing aids. I had became dissatisfied with the hearing specialist who had replaced my original audiologist at a large Toronto hearing aid provider. I was seeking honest, professional advice as I tried to decide upon the best upgrade path, and I got it - in spades. In the process I discovered that I have found a new friend, as well as an extraordinarily competent and knowledgeable audiologist. I have made the upgrade with Ross (to Oticon Agil) and now actually look forward to appointments with my audiologist.

  Been dealing with Ross (Doctor Of Audiology) for over 3 years now. He is a wealth of knowledge and very professional with an eye for the latest technology and detail. I do recommend him to everyone in need of hearing aids or accessories or information. Hear Toronto is really a place to start and be with for your hearing needs.

  From the first time I visited Pindrop Hearing Centre-Bayview and met Suzanne Turpin, Doctor of Audiology, I was dealt with professionally and with courtesy and warmth. My last visit was an urgent one, which was granted almost immediately after I called and Suzanne Turpin proceeded to resolve my hearing issue on the spot. She had, in other words, literally returned my hearing to me. I recommend without hesitation Pindrop Hearing Centre-Bayview to anyone who asks.
