- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience with Repromed has been great. Especially Mia who I was corresponding with via email for months before relocating to Toronto and going into the clinic. All my emails were answered in a timely manner and all 5 appointments I went to were on time. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff were very gruff. Not at all personal. I liked Dr Delvalle. They were very poorly organized. The sperm bank especially. They told me the sperm I ordered would arrive in 3 weeks. 6 weeks later I ovulated, went in and they hadn't even TRIED to order it. I had to choose another donor on the spot and told them to cancel the initial order. Six MONTHS later they called saying the sperm had arrived. After the insemination they did not give follow up instructions or the requisition to get blood work. I called because I didn't get pregnant and needed to know the next steps and the nurse was extremely rude and condescending. In addition, when you have blood work drawn you get to see the names of everyone whose had blood work done that day and what tests they had. I felt this was a huge breach of my confidentiality. I got extra vials of the donor I got pregnant with on hold and asked to return them this year. They said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get my cheque which I thought was a long time. It's now been 10 weeks and the process isn't complete and it's going to be at least another week before they can even mail it and I doubt it'll be done as fast as they say.
