  I wish i could rate them a 0. I got insurance with them and didnt get my slips for three months. They kept sending me temporary liability over email and didnt charge me anythining. I finally get my slips in and mail and they are charging me 666 a month for the next three months becayse they didnt take money out of my account when they were suppose to. Also they straight up lied to me and said they called me to tell me about my payment plan adjustments and left a voicemail. I check my voicemail all the time, not a single voicemail was left. LIES. Also if they did call (which they didnt) and i didnt pick up, why not send me an email like you had been sending me for the temporary slip to inform me. They refused to work out the payment plan with me although this is a mistake on their side. I would highly suggest go somewhere else. This company is so unproffesional.

  I love Riders Plus! the best insurance company out there, they are fast friendly and fantastic. They got me covered in just a few hours so I could enjoy riding the beautiful weather on my now fully covered Ducati. I can't wait to recommend them to all my friends and family if your on the fence get off and join the club !!! I especially want to write a special mention to ****Charmaine*** and ***Candice*** who did an awesome job going above and beyond my expectations they were knowledgeable friendly and professional. I hope they both get big raises for their hard work. Thank you all so much for the great setup this is a now my 2nd Motorcycle to be covered by Riders Plus and will continue to have many more in the future.
