  Dropped off a prescription in the early afternoon and when I came to pick it up in the evening they told me they didn't have it because it was backordered. I needed the prescription for the next day. If they had told me this when I dropped it off I would have had time to find another pharmacy that had it. I was left scrambling to find an open pharmacy that carried it. They offered me no help to find it. I went to the Sobey's pharmacy in the same plaza and although it was backordered there too, they found another pharmacy in the city that carried it, forwarded my info and it was ready for me when I arrived. This shoppers pharmacy is too busy and their customer service is suffering.

  I didn't have any issues at this Shoppers conveniently located in the Sobey's plaza right of Queensway. Fast in and out, clean store, good size parking lot with lots of free parking spaces. Cashier was friendly. This store is open 24 hours and has a Canada Post counter in it. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible store Telman - TorontoLocalGuide review
