- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪clueless staff lead by a RUDE assistant manager. I had to return a defective umbrella I bought at the store and asst mgr Chung was called in to give me the run around and eventually chased me away by saying "why did you wait a week to return it if it was defective" [insinuating that I destroyed the umbrella myself]... maybe the toddler I had in my hands at the time and who keeps me busy had something to do with my 'tardiness'... I have bought $100s worth of goods at this store but now I go out of my way to shop elsewhere. If asst mgr Chung gets promoted to Manager then the owners do not value their business.by kachonglowJune 10, 2017
