  Love this location. I come here semi-often and I've never had any issues. It is a bigger location so their selection is great. The store is always clean/organized and the associates are willing to help you and answer questions (this includes the pharmacy). Reading other reviews about coupon/promo issues, I can't comment as I have never tried to use coupons here. My experiences have been nothing but good so far.

  This is the most convenient Shoppers for me, so I used to go here frequently. I stopped though, and now go that little further to other locations. There are several reasons why, all related to staff, but here's the 'last straw'. I went in there late at night, so I'd just thrown on jeans and a T-shirt. I had a question, so I began my trip by going to the cashier with a question. Her answer was a bit vague, so I had a follow up question. While I was still talking to her, she turned her back on me and walked away. I politely said to her, "Excuse me, but I'm still talking. It's a bit rude to turn your back and walk away." She basically ignored me and my clarification question and said that she felt she'd answered my question already, while keeping her back turned to me and doing some stocking. I just shook my head and walked away. As I went shopping, I bumped into the night manager and mentioned that he might want to speak to the cashier, and explained the situation to him. He came back to me later and said he's spoken to the cashier, but when I came up to pay, she simply told me that she didn't think she'd done anything wrong and had nothing more to say. This is both incredibly bad customer service and toothless administration. Since I don't believe in rewarding bad service, I now take my business to other Shoppers (since they are franchised ownership). I might also add that this is one of several such instances I've experienced at this location, and there seems to be a strong relationship to how I'm dressed. This is Canada folks. What I choose to wear, especially late at night, does not alter who I am or how I should be treated.
