- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was referred to this office by emergency unit; the secretary contacted me for scheduling; she only had one spot available which was 3 weeks away. I told her I was unable to make that appointment, she then continued saying I have an urgent medical matter and I needed to see the doctor ASAP. I simply said to her then please do your best to accommodate me sooner and continued on She was extremely rude and said I'm just another patient to them, and she can't do anything for me yelling into the phone, she was very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional did nothing For my medical condition being an urgent matter. I said to her, please call me back when you are in a better mood. She rudely slammed the phone in my ear.
