I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly, and they always cheerfully work with me and my ridiculous schedule to ensure I am able to continue my treatment . Their physio team has been engaged and active with my maintenance routine and are always willing to up my game when I need more. Ralph Chapman is by far the best RMT I have seen (and I have been to many!). His massage technique and style are extremely well suited to rehabilitation massage, and he truly helps me deal with my chronic pain management in a helpful and proactive manner.
