  I had my orthotics here a couple of years ago. They were useless, and Dr. Al wasn't helpful. He's friendly but unfortunately doesn't listen. Despite the fact that I took several appointments back and forth to adjust them, there was no improvement to my condition and pains. Now as I moved to another clinic, I can see the difference in results and quality of orthotics and service. I'm able to run again, something that I couldn't do while wearing the orthotics done by Step by Step and while seeing Dr. Al for over a year.

  This foot clinic is amazing. The Chiropodist and Foot Nurse dealt with all my foot concerns in a professional and friendly way. I felt great after my laser therapy session. No more foot pain. I love my orthotics. Thanks Al:)

  I don't have enough words to say how highly I think of Hanifa and James from Step by Step! As a flight attendant it is most important to me to wear pressure hose on my frequent flights. I call up from Israel to place an order and the the local team go out of their way to have what I need on hand in the clinic on very short notice! I am always assured that I am making the right purchase with their professional attitude and assistance. It is with great pleasure that I refer my colleagues to them whenever they arrive in Toronto. Thanks again for a job well done for keeping me well my feet!
