- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wonderful staff but this is the most poorly, inefficiently run hospital I've ever encountered. Their labs are only open during business hours with zero after work or weekend hours. The wait times in their in-hospital clinics (like ultrasound) are outrageously long, even with an appointment. I'm talking HOURS long. And there are no options other than taking time off work during the day. Patients' time is valuable too but TWH apparently doesn't care about patient service or respect.by Margot WhiteJuly 26, 2017
