- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I live downtown but I don't mind the trek out to Scarborough because Dr Hiutin and the entire staff at Upper Bluffs are the best. I started with the Groupon before I had dental coverage and then came back after my insurance kicked in.
