- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Made a mistake and didn't cancel a policy when I asked them to which caused an extra payment to come out of my account. They admitted to the mistake but then told me they would not refund the money directly and would instead give it back piecemeal for my other policy. What a joke.
