- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪No complaints about the treatment. The treatment has been great! It's so frustrating to book appointments though. I rarely get through to a receptionist when I call the Yonge & King location. I have given this feedback to them a number of times as well which is why I'm now posting this. I just tried calling to book an appointment and the phone rang a few times and went to voice mail. Reception only picks up about 10% of the time. It doesn't make sense for me to leave a voice message and have someone call me back since I'm typically in back to back meetings all day. I usually have to try calling 5 times to book an appointment before I'll get through to someone (I'll call whenever I have an extra minute between meetings at work). Very frustrating! Why does no one pick up?! I have had to book appointments elsewhere at times after not being able to get through to someone.by leah PalkoJanuary 08, 2017
