- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After many years as a patient I still love to refer my family and friends to see Dr. Caplan and all the wonderful staff at Balsam Dental. I feel like I"m visiting old friends when I go there! I love the fact that Dr. Caplan takes the time to explain every step of the procedure he is doing . I always end up staying longer to chat with the extremely friendly ladies at the front desk. Even though I no longer live in the Beach I still make the trip in to see them. It is always a pleasure!
