  I took 2 hours off work to make it to my 3:15 pm appointment today. When I showed up, the waiting room was full. I filled out a medical questionnaire; 25% of it designed to assist the Dr. in up selling costly cosmetic procedures. When I inquired how long my wait would be, I was advised there were 6 people still ahead of me! I explained I had taken unpaid time from work to arrive in time for this appointment. I had travelled on 3 different subway trains and managed to be here 10 minutes early. The secretary offered to reschedule, as if the best solution was to inconvenience me further. It was obvious to me this Clinic, and Dr. Sonya Abdullah, have no respect for their clients time. They are interested in over-booking and up-selling. Emergency room physicians don't show up whenever they please. Lawyers don't stroll into court an hour into a trial. What makes Dr. Abdullah feel it is acceptable to treat her clientele this way? Disgusting display of arrogance and greed. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Why schedule your patients for a 1pm appointment if your office is on lunch break? And if you take off the sign for off lunch at least unlock the door as well..
