One of their agent says something and when you talk to the next one, they say the total opposite, and when you talk legal (based on their own policies) to them, they get super rude and super busy. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Belair direct is not even worth 1 single star. I have been a loyal insurance customer for 7 years. I was recently rear ended and obviously deemed not at fault, Belair was very unclear about the policies in relation to DCPD when I renewed my policy in December of 2016. The hassle of the claim is not worth it and the entire process was horrendous, the adjuster and service agents were incredibly rude. After this, I have decided to switch to State Farm. I have now heard similar situations arising from this insurance company (belair). They are great if nothing ever happens, but when something finally does, especially being not at fault, they are absolutely useless. Do not waste your time just because their rates are cheaper.
