  Thank you! hated going to the dentist all my live until I met Dr. Zigan, professional, helpful and I have excellent results. Place looks amazing after the reno. And you gotta love the complimentary iPad station in the reception, awsome!

  Called for an appointment to have an extraction. Was told the price, which I have to say was outrageous. Finally got my appointment. I had to take off work with no pay. Got there. Was about a 20-minute wait (not too bad). Took x-rays, saw dental hygienist. Was then seen by a Russian female dentist. Now it's an hour and 15 minutes. She then says, "Well we can't pull it today." I'm like, "Well that is why I am here?" They then send me to see office manager/admin lady, who proceeds to tell me the extraction is 100.00 more than quoted. I tell them I don't have 100.00 extra dollars. I have been out of work for4 months. I then asked about "loan." or to work out a payment plan. She said 'We are not a BANK, to loan you money and that there are other patients who can make payments and have insurance. What an arrogant answer, had I known that they are going to quote one price over the phone and jack up the price at the office I would of never gone there. So needless to say, I did not get it pulled. It is now infected, which will now cost way more! Wasted my time and was treated like homeless.
