  I know other people have reported concerns with this place however I've been here before and the owner is very knowledgeable however if people are rude or confrontational the owner doesn't seem to take in kind to this. He's very familiar with birds the daughter is also familiar but not as friendly the other stuff I cannot speak for however I'm in the middle of the fence on whether I would buy products or services from this place.

  This is an amazing store to find a parrot or pet friend!! I love all pets and I am really experienced with birds! I have a macaw and two lovebirds from this place. They care and love their pets as well as take any of the birds home that need extra attention outside of store times. They also help with rescued birds. I would recommend that you go and check it out for yourselves and ask question of what you do not understand, instead of assuming anything. I've seen people assume a lot of random stuff which is completely untrue, and false. Just talk to them about why something is like a certain way and they will be able to answer. They are really knowledgeable in birds and fishes. Please take into account that at busy times it's hard for the employee and owners to spend time with multiple customers at the same time so please be patient.
