- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very angry - I wasted time and money to get there only to have them cancel my cat's CT scan. They wanted an 80% deposit of 2000 dollars up front (which I was not told about in advance; the estimate was 1500), which I had no way of paying save for certified cheque. They did not tell me beforehand that I would need to pay while dropping her off, and since it was 7:00 AM, my bank was obviously not open. Despite saying previously that a cheque would be acceptable, as well, they changed their tune and said they would only take debit, credit, or cash. My bank imposes spending limits per day and would not allow a payment of thousands of dollars at a time, as an anti-theft measure.
