- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been going here for years now. the only reason is because my doctor is in the same building. there have been a number of incidents regarding one particular employee at the blood lab. She always appears miserable and never in a good mood. A person asked her a question one time and she snarled the word "what?". The woman who asked the question was upset about it and they had an argument. A gentleman who was on his phone decided to step in and defend the employee (why? I dont even know myself. He only started to listen after the client started to yell, so he saw the employee as the victim). That particular employee has that same attitude with everyone. She's completely different from the others who work there. The filipino lady and the african american who works there are always pleasant to deal with. I got blood work taken with the other one and it hurt more than usual. my arm was black and blue for a while after.
