  I went to Cornerstone Physiotherapy Clinic this evening and did not have a pleasant experience. My intention was going by to see a Massage Therapist Matt for some massage therapy. It was a recommendation from my partner for a treat to relax. Matt did a great job with my upper back massage. However, the receptionist Olga was extremely rude. She informed me that since I am the second party under my partner’s work insurance I need to get a prescription from my doctor before getting the massage. Otherwise, I have to pay for the $96.05 massage one hour session. Then she proceed by saying that She does not know know what my insurance policy was and she cannot help me. She then started to roll her eyes and told me that I have pay. I replied I was not aware that I have to pay for the massage session since I AM the second person in my partner’s benefits with Greenshield. I found that Olga’s customer service skill was lacking and not to mentioned about her condescending tone of voice and eyes rolling. Later on one of the staff Adam came and tried to rectify the problem but it was too late. I paid the bill and told him that I will NEVER go to Cornerstone Physiotherapy Clinic again because of their receptionist’s Olga poor customer service. You would think that in the competitive business market today Cornerstone will provide exemplary customer service! Bad customer service the first time and second time. No more third time for me. Sorry, Cornerstone. Because of your receptionist Olga you will never see me step foot in any of your three Clinic again!!!
