  Cannot recommend Eddie reinish enough! Fantastic guy walks you through everything and all of his staff are so lovely. It would almost be worth it to get the surgery again just to go through the most lovely of customer service experiences again

  Had the worst dentistry experience of my life with a Dr Kristopher Lee. I arrived for a molar extraction. The tooth has been killing me for days and have not slept because of the excruciating pain. I mentioned to him that I am hypersensitive to pain, and that I would need something stronger than Tylenol 3's; instead, I requested Percocet. I had just taken 10 Tylenol 3's since 11 pm last night, it was now 10 am, and I was still in great pain, the Tylenols weren't working. He immediately told me that he will decide whether to give my Percocets or Tylenols; depending on how hard the tooth extraction is in terms of digging through the bone. I immediately got excited and raised my voice in bewilderment, stating that I was the patient, and I decided my pain threshold, and not him. His reply shocked me even more, "I don't like your attitude", he said. At this point, I became even more emotionally agitated, explaining to him my personal needs, state of mind and pain. He didn't budge, it was either his way, or I could leave the office. I left, insulted, rejected, and still in pain. Bastard!
