  Reception staff is very rude. In addition, it is impossible to get an appointment with doctor Tors if you have a job. Dr. Tors only works on Monday 1pm to 7pm, Tuesday 1pm to 6pm, Thursday & Friday 9am to 1pm and Sat 9am to 11:30am. If you are sick on Wednesday, too bad, there's no way you can see Dr. Tors. If you are sick on Monday or Tuesday morning, too bad, you have to wait to call in the doctor office in the afternoon. If you are sick on Thursday or Friday afternoon, then too bad, the doctor office is not opened. The doctor office provides one hour walk-in timing on Monday after 6pm and on Saturday. However, the so-called "walk-in" hours are only available when there is no appointment booking during that time. So basically this doctor is useless! You cannot reach her at all! If you could be planned to be sick, then you can consider Dr. Tors.
