- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office is very clean and modern and Dr. Tehrani herself is so friendly and very professional. She did a great job of explaining what she was doing and why and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Her and her staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. When Dr. Tehrani tells you it's not going to hurt, believe her. I had crown lengthening surgery done, which sounds scary, but in reality was not bad at all. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dental implant was done over several months and the process was explained to me clearly and in detail ,so it was never a mystery to me. I was concerned about pain,but there in fact was very little pain or discomfort. It's as though the new tooth has always been there. I'm not really aware of it.
