  I have to pay $140 for school immunization and did all the test. When I apply for volunteer, the hospital give me another form to be fill up by physician so I called the clinic coz I dont wanna waste my time waiting 2 hours. Nurse answered the phone and told me that I need to pay $130 just for the doctor to signed my form and stamp because its a different company, but it is not for my employer its for volunteer purposes in Hospital. Even though I did all the test. I ask my classmates who did it from other walk in clinic, they only pay $20-$40 for the doctor to signed it. Doesn't make any sense. Its your record and you need it for school but they charged for it? And they said it's not covered by OHIP but they asked my card and register it.. so they still getting money from their service and they still ask money from the patient. Can someone explain? I will understand if theres a payment like $20-$40 but $130???
