  I am not racist and i am a person from Middle East and i was in this office twice and i experienced they are doing like third world system and patient and their time is not important for them and the only thing that is important for this people who are working there is money and insurance not the service which they can offer to their patient .at the first time when i was there i had to remove one of my wisdom teeth that they couldn't and referred me to a Sergent and he removed it but tow pieces of the root of my teeth remained in my gum and got out with infection after one year i have still problem. the second time i was personally in this office to make an appointment they asked for insurance and i didn't have any only paper from Ontario Social Assistance which after checking and copying them giving me appointment for four days later early morning at the time of appointment i was there and they had just my name in appointment list and no any record and they didn't accept me as a patient and asking for those document which i didn't have with me and no body was responsible for missing my file i called my pharmacy who had my original Drug Benefit the pharmacy faxed it to Esquire Dental Center they opposite the regulation didn't accept the faxed Drug Benefit with the name and fax number of pharmacy on it. I picked the original from pharmacy up and gave it to them they didn't accept and asking for the part which Case Number is on it i called home and asked for Case Number and wrote it on the original Drug Benefit but this people Receptionist and the dentist didn't accept these document again. I waste my time from 9 Am to 11:30 Am in dental office with pain and they did not care about my situation and they forced me to leave. you never experience such boll sheet in an office which is running with Canadian style and system . God bless Canada and Canadian System and Style and Mentality .
