  We were referred to Feet First Clinic by Doug at Cecil Ward & Sons up the street (who were also absolutely spectacular in service, quality and professionalism!!!). Carolina and Andrew were professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My son ended up with a fantastic looking, high quality pair of Clark's that will last him through some very important upcoming functions. I was very pleasantly surprised and will definitely refer friends and family to Feet First Clinic for shoes.

  I am writing this review in hopes that it will help others choose wisely when seeking help with their foot issues. I contacted this clinic regarding corn removal ( well what I thought was a corn on my little toe) , what they do not tell you is that they do not have a podiatrist on site. Their staff consist of Chiropodist which is useless for someone that is dealing with more than minor ailments. What a huge disappointment waste of my time and my money!!! The assessment is bullshit!! The assessment consists of Thanh telling me to wear shoes that are not tight, where do I feel pain, then I was asked if I would like to be referred to a podiatrist, and to justify the money they are going to charge at the end they will remove callus off the problematic area. They referred me to a Podiatrist that’s booking clients for November of this year!! Same your money and go to an honest business. I called just to clarify what I really paid 65 bucks for, Andrew was very defensive saying that I paid for the Chiropodist time and no one offers their time for free (I didn’t ask for anything free). When I mentioned that I didn’t get any results and the information given was vague. He replied when I made the initial appointment I should have been specific to what I was dealing with so they could have better instructed me. As the conversation went on he made me very uncomfortable, the tone in his voice changed and I began to feel attacked. For questioning, what I had paid for. So this is my fault that I didn't know what's on my toe, even though I SAID I THINK IT'S A CORN??
