- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was a little hesitant in the beginning because I didn't have good experiences with physiotherapists in the past, but Chris at Forest Hill Physiotherapy definitely was worth the visit. We were just traveling through and initially only planned to get the initial assessment, but ended up staying a little bit longer to get two more sessions in. Chris was really knowledgeable and passionated about what he's doing and I highly appreciate him taking the time to engage in discussion with me. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If you are expecting to be in and healed without putting in work, this is the wrong place for you. They expect you to work hard to get yourself better and I honestly appreciate being held accountable for my back issues. There isnt any coddling. They work you and expect you to keep up the routines.
