  Linda in administration is wonderful. It feels like she works only for me. I receive benefits from Global through my union and they treat me well. I am comforted knowing they are there for my family now and in the future. It's the people that make this company great for me so thanks again Global and especially Linda.

  My works benefits are with Great West Life, I can either make a claim online or do it on an App with an android phone which takes 5min. They haven't asked me once for receipts since I've been with them for 8 years! The payments take only 2 business days which are direct deposit into my account, it's fast and simple. The wife's work goes with Global Benefits and not only do they not have an app but you can't even claim it online!!!! . They have to send the claims to your house then I have to mail the claims with receipts back to them which takes a long and annoying process. The women on the phone wasn't polite and sounded a bit arrogant over the phone. It fealt as though she was annoyed that I was calling her, even though that's the only way to get my claim forms. If there's another way of getting your claim forms without calling, well I wouldn't know because she didn't explain to me any other options. I have a strong belief that Global Benefits wants you to work hard to get your money out of them, so they don't have to pay. Also what is this 1960s??? Why am I mailing you forms when just about every other insurance company I can think of has gone internet.
