- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I tried to schedule an appointment starting at 6pm, the receptionist insisted on scheduling it for 5:45pm. I informed her it may be difficult to make that time from work because of traffic. Day of.... there is traffic and I arrive at 6pm. After many calls from healthmax trying to find out why I'm late. In the end I only had a 30 minute massage, they insisted on me paying for 45 minutes as I was late. Either add 15 minutes on or charge for 30 minutes. This is entirely on healthmax.
