  I don't usually write reviews but we had such a good experience with this office that I need to write one. ALL staff at this clinic, including admin and clinical team, are friendly, helpful and professional. The physical space is very nice, clean and modern. Even my toddler is comfortable during visits. It is so refreshing to go to such a place downtown. Special kudos to admin support, Rachelle and Shelbie-Rae for being SO helpful and kind with admin processes related to insurance and transfer documents. Thanks again.

  Didn't have a happy experience here. Thought it's a good place because it has a high rating on google map but turns out it's not. Came here to check my wisdom teeth, the doctor is not patient (don't like her attitude). She told me I need an oral surgery and said she won't tell me more about my teeth unless I book a complete oral examination. The front desk had no idea how to fill up my insurance claim so I had to figure it out by myself and teach them. Also the doctor said she'll refer me to an oral surgeon but I never receive a call from them till now. I switched to College Street Dental the next day. They did the complete oral examination on my first visit and referred me to an oral surgeon. I finally had my wisdom teeth extraction done in Yorkville Oral Surgery.

  Have been going here for quite a few years now and have never left disappointed. Trustworthy and skilled dentists and great hygienists. I love that they handle all of the insurance too, even the mailed in secondary insurance forms... Very helpful!
