- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waiting times are ridiciolusly long. (i was waiting 4 hours today) Otto has no clue about anything. He started at 2pm went out of office for 40 mins ( in the meantime the office was full of patients) and than after he came back he didnt seen a patient for 2 hours. After 2 hours he called 1 patient and than he had a 20 mins dinner. Went to the office at 2:30 and have been seeing at almost 7pm!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY NOT SEEING HIM AGAIN!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible clinic. The staff aren't organized especially, the smelling Somalian ladies at the reception . I don't know why Dr Otto employed them in the first place. They are the ones that would ruin that man's career. Everything about the clinic is awkward and terrible. They are so rude. Even the doctor is not left out, it takes forever to see him. (You will sit down for at least 3 hours ) before you can see Otto. It's that bad. Shame on you guys and learn to be professional.by Lady TeeFebruary 14, 2017
