  I just called Kingsway Physiotherapy ten minutes ago. I was hoping to get an appointment as a new patient, perhaps even get lucky and slip in due to a cancellation. From the first moment my experience was negative. Whoever answered the phone was not clear in their pronunciation. So I asked "Is this Kingsway Physiotherapy?". The receptionist's response was, "Yes it is, I just mentioned that!" Can you believe she would be that rude right off the bat? How to win over customers or what! However because I was in pain, I continued and said that I had a bad knee and could I see someone today, were there any cancellations. She said they had nothing until early July. End of story. She didn't ask if I was a regular client, if I was in bad pain, didn't refer me to another clinic. Nothing. Attitude plus. I said thanks anyway and goodbye and I actually heard her click off before I was finished. If this is the type of customer service that this clinic offers, I really can't believe they are still in business. That receptionist was one of the rudest I have ever encountered and this was at 10:00 in the morning! Don't bother with this place.

  I had very bad experience with this center , they have very negative receptionist in the front , treatments are also not good , I had cramps on my legs after the treatment , but, again , receptionist her name is julia is very rude and has not have customer skills , I stopped going there.
