- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Kou is one of the rudest doctors I have met. I took my mother there for a check up, and the way she spoke to us along with performing tests were just rude. She was condescending, and got annoyed when we did not know about some random pharmaceutical term (sorry i didn't go to medical school with you). Being a health care provider, you would think one of the minimum requirements is to be courteous and kind to your patients so they may receive the help they need (and are paying for). BUT NO. Not for this lady. I hope she burns in a fiery and ironic hell full of nasal mucus and phlegm, because she is the worst ENT I have visited.by Iffat NaeemMay 27, 2017
