  Credentials as extensive as clinic director Janice Regan promotes at Lasting Looks Clinic give prospective clients reasonable expectation of employing a rational woman. Any prospective client has the right to expect polite and courteous treatment from an intelligent woman of business. Unfortunately, Ms. Regan fell indescribably short of those expectations. During what I would loosely deem an initial consultation, Ms. Regan spent more time looking at her own face in the mirror than examining mine. She was threatened by any suggestion of research I had done into available procedures and spent the majority of my six minutes in her company patronizing, challenging and insulting me. She may very well be an accomplished technician but behaved so inappropriately that to let her anywhere near my face seemed folly.

  I recently got a Perfect Peel done at their clinic and all I can say is WOW, what a difference. The peel was amazing! It removed all my scars I was so paranoid about and it gave me a beautiful glow. It was a few days of downtime but it was all worth it in the end. I will most definitely get this peel done again in a few months for upkeep. The staff at Lasting Looks was so patient and understanding. We went through all the benefits and the amount of downtime needed for best results. I had so many things I wanted out of a peel and they helped me find the perfect one! Janice was so kind overseeing everything while I got my peel. Linda was amazing at explaining each step of the peel. Great place and environment. They really take pride in their clinic and patients.
