- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The agent Li Yang is more VVIP than Stephen Harper! Try calling to his office and say you want to speak to Li Yang, one of his employee will talk to you and in no circumstances you will be allowed to talk to him. They will always throw execuses that he is on 3 week vacation so that you have no choice but to talk to them. All his employees has accent and it is very difficult to communicate. Once one of his employee called me and offered to rental coverage and umbrella coverage I listened to her and asked not to add, I did not know what she understood and added it anyway and started billing me!! when I discovered and asked her to take it off she threatended that she will increase my auto insurance!!!
