- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is by far the best pet store I've ever been to. All of the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my pets health. The management is so dedicated and you can tell they really care. I'm shocked by some of the negative reviews because I have never been disappointment at this location, nor have I ever experience any of the awful things some reviewers have written. All of my friends and family all go to this location and they have never had an issue either! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Toronto. They care so much about the animals they have there for adoption and are always ensuring the safety and health of all the pets they sell/have for adoption, as well as any pets that they have as clients walking into the store!
