- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today I checked in on-time for a scheduled appointment, and was told to wait. 1.5hrs later: "sorry we must have forgotten about you, would you like to reschedule? The doctor left." And shortly after "if you were waiting for 1hr you should have approached the desk!" Oh, sorry, this is obviously my fault. (This is rich because I did approach the desk after 45 min and was told to keep waiting). Are you serious?? Since our awesome healthcare system will ensure these folks don't lose a dime for this, the most I can say is - keep yourself away from this office. Even if this only happens to a small fraction of people, it's not the behavior we as Canadians should support.
